A Management Trainee Induction Programme was conducted on 11-12 November 2013 at the Corporate Head Office Learning & Development Centre of United Commercial Bank Ltd (UCB).
The induction programme was inaugurated by Muhammed Ali, honourable Managing Director of the Bank. The newly recruited Management Trainees attended the induction program, says a press release.
Among others Additional Managing Directors M. Shahidul Islam, Mirza Mahmud Rafiqur Rahman and A. E. Abdul Muhaimen were present at the program. Moreover Deputy Managing Directors Mohammad Abu Abdullah, Md. Tariqul Azam and Mohammed Shawkat Jamil along with other senior officials of UCB were present at the event.
The Management Trainee Induction Program was held as an introductory session where Bank business functions were described to the MTs’ in a nutshell. Different divisional heads described the function and workflow of various areas of Banking.
