United Commercial Bank Limited (UCB) and Robi have signed a corporate agreement recently. This comprehensive agreement paves the way for UCB to significantly enhance its ability to provide better customer service using Robi’s digital solutions.
UCB’s Managing Director & CEO, Mr. A. E. Abdul Muhaimen and Robi’s Managing Director & CEO, Mr. Mahtab Uddin Ahmed signed the agreement on behalf of their respective organizations at UCB’s corporate office in Dhaka.
Under the agreement, UCB is going partner with Robi’s service to send transactional and operational SMS to its customers through Robi, use Robi Sheba points (Walk In Centers) to facilitate Upay registration, enable device EMI Campaign through UCB card, UCB card POS terminals will use Robi SIM from now onwards, Robi’s corporate connections for all the UCB Employees.
Moreover, Robi clients will be able to use Upay without any data charges and clients will be able to make purchases at Robi Sheba Points (Walk in Centers) using Upay.
Senior officials of both the organizations were present during the signing ceremony.
