Recently the number one smartphone brand Symphony Mobile opened their 49th Customer Care center at Habiganj, Sayesthagonj. This customer care was inaugurated by Symphony Mobile’s Director & Head of Service Mr. S.M. Morshed-Uz-Zaman. Also other high officials of Edison Group were present at the Inauguration ceremony.
“Symphony mobile already has 48 customer care at all over Bangladesh. These service centers will help Symphony ensure necessary and instant services to the rapidly increasing customer base” quoted by S.M. Morshed-Uz-Zaman.
Currently Symphony has 49 service centers and 31 collection points across Bangladesh. The service centers will offer free service for products with warranty, but customers will also get service for out- of- warranty products at an affordable cost.
