Leading mobile phone operator Robi Axiata Limited launched experience centre on 08 March, 2014, Saturday, in Cox’s Bazar.
Supun Weerasinghe, Managing Director and CEO Robi Axiata Limited inaugurated the experience centre at a ceremony aimed at ensuring quality services for its subscribers in Cox’s Bazar.
Robi has already launched 3G services in Cox’s Bazar and some Upazilas in the district. Robi places importance on tourism spots to ensure communication facility for the tourists and the tourism industry.
Describing Robi as a customer-centric operator Weeransinghe said, “we are working to ensure the best customer service for our customers and the inauguration of this experience centre is a part of that promise.”
Subscribers will be informed on new services, and they will able to share their experiences and problems at the centre.
The Robi CEO addrd, “Our first priority is customer satisfaction.”
Pradeep Shrivastava, Chief Market Officer (CMO), A.K.M. Morshed, Chief Technical Officer (CTO), Matiul Islam Nowshad, Chief Human Resources Officer and Mohammed Shahedul Alam, Head of Legal & Company Secretariat, along with senior officials of Robi Axiata Limited and Robi officials of Cox’s Bazar were present in the inauguration ceremony.
