Robi inaugurates its Experience Center in Comilla on Friday. The Rob iExperience Center is designed to increase the customer satisfaction by integrating sales and after-sales services in an open, friendly and comfortable environment. In addition to handling all customer service inquires, the RobiExperienceCenter is being positioned as Robi’s flagship sales channel, selling all Robi products and services and also attractively priced handsets and data-related equipment with the best after-sales service.
Mr. Matiul Islam Nowshad, Chief Human Resource officer (CHRO) of Robi Axiata Limited inaugurated the ExperienceCenter. Mr. Khaledur Rahman Dewan, EVP, Corporate Strategy, Mr. Shareef Shah Jamal Raaj, VP, Corporate and regulatory Affairs, Mr. Promod Ranjan Karmaker, VP, Customer Experience, Mr. Sayed Talat kamal, VP, Corporate Communication and Media, Mr. A.S.M. Enayetur Rahim, Regional Head, Comilla and other High Officials of Robi Axiata Limited and local distinguished & VIPs were also present in the program.
