Robi, Airtel top up service from Singer

Leading digital services provider, Robi, has recently entered into a strategic partnership with Singer Bangladesh, to serve customers visiting Singer’s retail outlets all over the country with Robi and Airtel’s digital services.

Robi’s Chief Commercial Officer, Pradeep Shrivastava and Singer Bangladesh’s Managing PictureDirector and CEO, M H M Fairoz recently launched this service at Singer Bangladesh’s Corporate Office located in Gulshan.

This strategic partnership will allow all Singer customers to enjoy Robi and Airtel top up service from the Singer Retail points nationally. In addition, customers will also be able to pay electricity bills of Bangladesh Power Development Board (BPDB), Dhaka Electric Supply Company Limited (DESCO), Chattogram WASA and West Zone Power Distribution Company Limited (WZPDCL) through Robi’s own digital payment service, RobiCash.

More services are soon going to be added to the service portfolio to ensure customer convenience. Robi believes that the initiative will open a new horizon for both the organizations to open a new horizon for customer experience.

Robi’s Sales Operation’s Vice President, Md. Didarul Hassan Siddique, General Manager, Md. Omar Faruq Ibne Hasan, Manager, Ronald Rony Baidya and Farhad Hossain, Singer Bangladesh’s Marketing Director, Vajira Tennakoon, Sales Director, Mukbulla Huda Chowdhury, and Financial Services & e-Commerce’s Abubakar Rahil were also present on the occasion.
