Airtel Bangladesh Limited, one of fastest growing telecom operators of the country, inaugurated an Airtel Service Center in a key location of Jessore recently. Airtel believes that in order to increase availability of Airtel products and services to its customers and to give them better support it needs to have service points at its customers’ convenient distance.
The newly inaugurated AirtelServiceCenter, “Rafa Telecom,” is located in Arabpur of the district. More than 5,000 customers will get benefitted from this service center. This is the eighth AirtelServiceCenter in Jessore. Along with SIM replacement, customers can purchase new Airtel connections, pay postpaid connection bill, recharge balance in their prepaid connections, get mobile financial services (account opening, sending/receiving money), set Value Added Services in their handsets, and take help with internet; etc from these ASCs.
Rajnish Kaul, Chief Operating Officer of Airtel Bangladesh Limited inaugurated the ASC in presence of Md. Fazle Rabbi, ASC owner, Rafa Telecom. Ashraful Haq Chowdhury, Chief Corporate Affairs Officer, Shamit Mahbub Shahabuddin, Head of PR and IC, F.M. Shahriar Omar Prince, Zonal Business Manager of Khulna zone, Hedayet Hossain, Zonal Customer Service Manager of Airtel Bangladesh Limited was present at the inauguration along with other officials of Airtel Bangladesh Limited.
Airtel Bangladesh Limited has 1,699 Airtel Service Centers in Bangladesh where 213 of them are in Khulna zone.
