‘Alapon’ in Bogra to engage with Airtel customers

Airtel Bangladesh Limited, one of fastest growing telecom operators of the country, organized ‘Alapon’ to engage between Airtel officials and its valued customers. Airtel believes in order to create awareness, it needs to reach out customers and such interaction is vital to enhance customer experience.

At Alapon, customers were informed about pre-paid and post paid packages, mCommerce, Value Added Services, 3G services, 3G data packs and customers were happy to know that 3G will soon be launched in various parts of Bogra. Airtel customers also gave valued  feedback on Airtel’s different services. The event enabled customers to engage and interact with the high officials of Airtel Bangladesh Limited.

After successful launch of 3G services in Dhaka, Sylhet, Chittagong, Gazipur, Narayanganj, Comilla  and Khulna, Airtel will soon be launching its 3G services in various parts of Bogra.
