Jamuna Bank gets 1st MicroEnsure ins claim cheque
Recently Jamuna Bank received first insurance claim cheque from MicroEnsure against death of its two credit card holders under its Protection Plus Service. Protection Plus is the first ever unique service in Bangladesh to provide insurance facility for both debit and credit card of Jamuna Bank. Resilience of slum dwellers to face climate change
Habitat for Humanity Bangladesh and Caritas Bangladesh jointly organized an inception meeting of the project “Empowering Vulnerable for four slums by building every day and disaster risk” at MAWTS Auditorium, Pallabi, Mirpur in the city on Thursday. The CSE-50 index has been revised on the basis of performance of the CSE-listed companies. The new index will be effective from March 01, 2017. CSE 50 index is reviewed twice in a year.
The new companies which have been included are Mutual Trust Bank LimitedandDhaka Bank Limited. On the other hand,Heidelberg Cement Bangladesh Limited and United Airways (BD)
